Facebook Ads Account disabled- Account confirmation required

Hi, recently my FB Ads account has been disabled. On 1 page it's showing as Account Confirmation Required-



And on the Account Quality page it's showing that account disabled for Policy Violation.



Is there any chance to get this account back or it's gone forever.

Depends on what kind of ads you were running and if you have access to all the necessary assets that may be requested to prove the identity (email, phone #, picture of you holding driver license and all that)

From my experience : sometimes if the account was banned only for suspicious activity and you had clean ads, nothing sketchy - you can get it back

If you were running some BH stuff - forget about it.

Try appealing the decision and provide whatever they are asking for but I'd recommend to move on to a new account. half a year ago I was getting 1 out of 10 accounts back (but usually it was either banned again or had other issues)


Maybe things changed though, but I doubt it

Horrible advice. Virtual machines can be easily detected.

It seems your ads violates Facebook policy, let's check to see whether or not there is a blue button to Request the Review from Facebook in the top right side. Let's appeal then Facebook will decide the rest.

if you were running black hat , u prolly wont get it back . if its white hat ads that you were running and didn't violate any policies you can just contact the support team and they will re instate the account.

You can try reaching out to Facebook’s support team and request a review of your account. Sometimes, if it's a small issue, they’ll lift the restriction

It doesn't matter if you run BH ads or not, you are blocked by Facebook bots for any activity they don't understand.

Just click ‘Confirm account’ and provide all the necessary data, such as your ID or your selfies

For advertising accounts that have an appeal button, the success rate will be higher. If you don't have a button like you, the success rate is still there but a bit low
