Hey all! Zac here.
Been very interested in knowing how to build a marketing agency specifically for my local community of small businesses (Cape Cod, MA)
I am VERY inexperienced. Spent over a decade in sales but never in marketing so I know I can sell a service but unsure of how the service works and how do do it myself (or outsource)
Looking forward to connecting with you all and learning
Happy to understand if I am thinking the right way or if I should look somewhere else!

Welcome and it's easier to sell something if you know how it works, the features & benefits etc.
But knowing how to sell and then providing the service are 2 hugely different things.

You'd be as well working with a reputable SEO agency and letting them do what they are good at, while you just concentrate on being the middleman.
