best way for USA TikTok?

I have a usa number from HUSHED and VPN from keepsolid, will that help of getting a USA TikTok or is buying one is easier?

In order to pul viewers from the US while living in another country you need three things that are a brand new device, a US sim card and a 4G Proxy from the US. Make sure the device is connected to the proxy 24/7 and all of your viewers will be from the US.

Does the sim card has to be physical or a normal usa number i got from Hushed would suffice?

It depends on the device you are using. For newer phones, you can get e-sim. The other way is a physical one.

That's a stretch. Of course you can do this way and spend over 500$ on all this set. Another way is to get your old phone +3 year old will work just fine. If you have a newer phone you can get an e-sim. If not, then a physical one. Devices should be put in factory reset before. Not sure about the 4G proxy, but from my experience US SIM works fine and connects to my home wifi. Deleted and downloaded the app every time I needed to use it. You don't need to specifically throw away the phone for this purpose. You can pick your own, do all these things, turn on your business profile, make videos, schedule them and delete them. Delete the app - factory reset the phone and use it as your personal again.

If for example my account has been created in Albania and i'm using it can I hire someone like a VA that lives in U.S? She would do the posting, would that trigger U.S audience from that point?

If you are not using the account yourself, but the person in the US, then you would get an overtime US audience. But the cheaper option would be to get the setup yourself and do the work.

Not particularly as my phone doesn't support it. A simple Google search will give you some options. Look at reviews, prices - and most importantly if your device supports e-sim.
