You need to know the market you are targeting and be aware of the local (country) regulations, otherwise you can't build a compliant website/content and the affiliate program will kick you out.
If you up to date with these things and are ready to enter a VERY competitive industry and work really hard to get organic rankings (paid ads are nearly impossible for a new starter in gambling) then there's a lot of money to be made.
I worked for market leading online casino brands and built a couple of dozens of affiliate sites in the niche and it's surely not an easy space, but once you learn enough you can make a good living out of it. Some markets just started booming now, like sports betting in North America so there are a lot of opportunities.

Hi thank you for your message, I have an idea of a target audience I could reach and the affiliate casino website Im interested in doing it for, but my only concern is that, I have influencers in a specific niche I can get to promote to their audience. What would stop the influencers from just clicking my affiliate link and registering to be an affiliate themselves to promote. What could be done to avoid this, this would be my only way I see myself doing casino marketing, as I have the network reach to promote a link without any marketing labour, but want to safeguard my position as the middle man, wouldn't be interested in running ads as this would be an outbound approach.

I was considering paying them monthly fee flat to have the link on their platform or % of revenue share based on what has been generated from their unique link.

I'm interested in being a casino affiliate but targeting gamblers in my country. But I'm not sure if it's safe and legal in my country.

That question part of being a afflicate in general

Stop asking and now do .

Action louder then words .


All I no it a very hard niche to crack as the competition very high .

There so many ppl paying huge money for any gambling keyword worth having .

Maybe whatapp method might help .

You need real direct adverts get conversions .

You are overthinking it. Affiliate marketing is not rocket science, anyone can sign up to any casino affiliate program. There nothing stopping influencers to do so. I'd be interested to hear where these influencers are. If they are on Facebook/Insta/Youtube for example, promoting gambling is pretty much impossible nowadays.
You could sign a fixed term non-compete contract if you really worry about them swapping your affiliate links to theirs.
I would just advise to start taking action instead of overplanning things. You can always iterate on the way.

It is VERY profitable. I worked for a company doing 30M+ revenue a year ONLY with gambling affiliation.
 
Its very profitable if you are targetting asian traffic. I know a very good high affiliate program
 
I live in Turkey and I can get advertisements very easily but I could not find reliable partners.The partners I see on this site get 40%-50, but in turkey max 25
