Google Financial Services Ads Verification - how to solve?

Hello guys,
i have recently seen Googles Financial Services verification popup. I am not a broker or anything so we do not have a license.
Do you know how to get past this?

Some are saying to apply for an excemption, but not sure how it works?
Others are saying to remove trading related keywords or the country where the new rule applies, however then the question remains how to target financial leads?

Doing the above in a Google Ads account in which verification has already been asked, will not solve the verification issue.
The only way is to submit the docs pertaining to the verification or just dump this account into the garbage bin and create a new account, but before creating the new account, get ready all the docs that will need to be submitted when verification is asked for. Hard work does not matter in using Google Ads accounts, smart work is what matters.

thanks for your help. What documents are we talking about? arent they asking to be a financially regulated entity with a license? As a marketer we do not have those documents. what would you do then?
