I've done backlink services for my adult website(s) before but the results were minimal, low AS, and no effect in the long run.

I ordered 4 months ago, no ranking effect whatsoever. I'm in the same boat as you, ordered a lot on this forum, no results. I don't think there is anyone on BHW who can rank adult sites, at least for moderate to high difficulty keywords.
