I am a newbie Looking for help running Facebook ads

I have two brands and am interested in testing some fb ads (US only)

videos > single images > carousel

Tight audience > large audience

remarketing ads > everything else

make sure your running a great copy (works especially well when you use a copy that relates well to that geo, ie run a slightly diff copy in texas - new york etc)

run at least 3-4 diff audiences on every ad, let it run them trim them back, move the $ off the underperformers and onto the performers

Everything else is pretty much self explanatory with a couple youtube videos if you get stuck

Some of this is basic marketing 101 eg. great copy, customize per market, abandon the underperforming ads etc.

I'm not selling any products yet - I'm promoting a entertainment concept (looking for investors), and working with a non-profit looking for donors. Haven't settled on a daily budget yet thank you

as mentioned.... I am new to Facebook/online marketing, and no clue what most of this means (fps? multi-object file funnel? MESS? etc.) Kinda reminds me of certain lawyers who use a lot of legal jargon to keep their clients guessing. But if you get a minute feel free to break all that down to plain English much apprreciated thanks
