Will this idea work on YouTube?
1. Open a new YouTube channel and focus on one of the top 3 biggest niches.
2. Get quality contents and change the contents to videos.
3. Upload those videos. [at least 5 videos per day].
Could be "how to videos"
Can 1k subscribers be achieved in 3 weeks with this method?

That's how youtube works but it's better to niche down.

The chances are really small to hit 1k subscribers in a few weeks, especially if it's your first time on youtube.

More like a few months if your content is good or up to a year + if its mediocre.

Nobody can guarantee the time period to attain some milestone in You Tube. It all depends upon your niche, kind of content, quality of content and overall approach. It is specific from channel to channel. So start doing it and you will get a fair idea of timeline yourself.

As far as your overall concept is concerned, I don't think it is a bad idea because many channels are already doing that. You do it and test your own results.

Well nobody can tell sure if you will make 1k subs in 3 weeks as it depends on so many factors
Also related to your content i would make so niche research keywords as you can go with very competitive keywords and your videos will get almost no views as they will get buried far from people eyes

There's only one way to find out is to do it yourself for a month if nothing happens after that back to the drawing board. Test, test, test until you succeed

This will unlikely result in 1000 subs in 3 weeks. Maybe do some giveaways for subs. This is shit but it works.

i think you need upload short video on Youtube. Short video is also potential make you increase followers.

I get about 1 sub per 1000 views, so for about 1000 subs it's about 1 million views. It's not that hard to achieve, but definitely some effort.

I think it's possible if you make short videos, on regular YouTube videos it takes several months
