But does anyone have any tips for growing just a single Twitter account? Started one about a week ago, just did regular posting, some following/unfollowing (no shadowban yet, I believe), and not much else. Any other feedback, suggestions, or whatever it may be would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting. So, what I have been doing is that I don't use my child accounts more than 5-6 times a day. I should be safe but I'm assuming following others is also an action and so I have to keep an eye on that.

Doing 5-6 times a day is definitely safe.

If you want organic followers quickly go on Twitter and search these two hashtags #MAGA #RESIST. One is for the right wingers and one for the left wingers. They frequently do boosts. Make two accounts, one for each. Go and start following anybody that has a blue wave/ukraine flag/ in their name/icon or maga/patriot/freedom/american flags in the other. Guarantee you just start repeating some of the comments in a different way and retweeting and they will boost you.

Find big accounts in your niche, follow them and enable their tweet notifications.
As soon as they tweet make a reply relevant to their tweet which also provides value and preferably expands on their point.
Follow everyone who likes your reply after 24 hours, and after another 24 hours unfollow everyone who doesn't follow you back.

Just focus on your niche. Make quality tweets and try to interact with successful accounts in your niche. Some follow/unfollow won't hurt, but don't overdo it.

you can easily buy followers, thats the fastest way to grow a page. also buying likes and rts makes it look more organic
