How can I make $5 a day with buget $100 + some skills???

Fiverr is currently very competitive and is giving away for free because of the prices, it is not profitable
 
You can try Udemy with your illustrator & photoshop skills. Make a few comprehensive courses on logo and banner designs for designers' portfolios.
 
If I had to put my last bet $100 to make anything then I'd create IG accounts by hand. Each day 5 or so for the entire month. (150 total then)

Hand-grow them by follow-unfollow for the entire month and sell them.

You'll get easily $50 per account. That's $7500

You'll be working from morning til late evening but depends on how bad you want it.

You need to do your own research. Check different threads.

Use an app clone with your phone for different accounts, or even better use multiple devices.

I checked old sales threads before and people were asking $15 per 1000 followers so all you need to do is build the profiles up and follow-unfollow until you reach 4000 followers and sell them for $60 a pop. There's nothing complicated just a lot of legwork involved.

Don't use your home IP but rather a mobile 4G connection, switch flight mode on-off each time you switch between accounts.

These are basic entry-level tips. You'll figure rest out on the road.

It seems you didn’t get my question. Photoshop can be used for hundreds of things, what specific service did you sell?
e.g. logo design, infographics etc.

Although we see these threads every day but you're actually someone who has tried and things didn't worked well for you and you also have spent your time learning a skill, so you actually did your part before asking this question which I liked.

This is a great idea, I had some experience making Instagram accounts but I never created a lot of them and sold them all, I'll try this out for sure
