Is BlackHat dead?

At least once a year, I buy 500k worth of non-dropped indexed domains, populate them, and then rank four sites for a keyword set that delivers around $150k a month.

1 of those 4 sites will rank, and both cover the project's cost, a little profit and some bonus for the next.

I have been doing variations of this strategy raising from way less investment to where we are today since around 2008.

I consider this to be an example of blackhat, it should not work, it does.

I have ranked dozens of wesbites over the years, and always searched for keywords that would earn xxx,xxx/month with no luck. Unless you are trying to rank for something bizarre like amazon coupons or iphone best price, I can't think of any keyword that would generate this much. Or is it like huge websites with hundreds/thousands of pages ranking for gazillion of keywords and getting millions of traffic! if this is the case, yeah, not my style asI prefer to work alone and huge invest upfront. I would put those on real estate.. you crazy to invest 6 figures in seo, the pressure must be intense.

It's funny, I also ranked for laser hair removal for sometime but the revenue wasn't as expected.

btw, this is like the whitest hat I have ever seen!

I guess it's all a game, and we find the one we are comfortable with.

Local SEO is a great training ground; also, if you can scale it, a great business in itself.

As for my keywords, it is no big secret:

casino name + review
casino name + signup bonus
casino name + no deposit
casino name

I look forward to all the new rivals due to this post.

Like I guessed, you are one crazy person investing all this money in such risky keywords. Yeah, it must be a game for you to jump into this. And no worries, no one in this forum would jump into this ^_^

They still exist but let's be honest this forum is populated mostly by redditors. Contrary to what people here will have you believe most blackhat methods are illegal/unethical and when a forum becomes mainstream it is difficult to maintain it while encouraging illegal activities. That's how you get problems real fast.
Ive seen so many threads showing actual blackhat methods for free that were successful only for those guys to get thrashed so badly in the comments. Its wild man just look at any comment section that contains proper blackhat techniques and you're guaranteed to see guys complaining madly about said method. BHW needs a rebrand because its the farthest thing from blackhat I've ever seen. Most of the methods here fall under white hat and at most grey. I once saw a couple of guys whining about breaching a sites terms of service through a method that was shared. Funniest thing I've seen on this forum

Blackhat will be there forever.
All big tech players are opressive with their rules. They want more and more, eventualy sell their data to another big techs and complety ignore small fishes.
I am against law breaking, but also I am against about big tech TOS, because their TOS is not the law.
Totally agree

BH will never die out as long as there is something to BH against.

You just don't see much talk about serious BH methods here because many are also illegal which this forum is thankfully against. I agree that BHW has become more mainstream white/grey hat along the way and I for one am fine with that.
