For me, Instagram is the easiest platform to drive traffic from.
Once you go to someones profile that is relevant to your niche, like a couple of posts and follow them, I'd estimate 80% of the times they will go to your profile and check it out.
You can have your website in the bio and if your content is good, surely will get some traffic.
This requires manual work for building the audience from the ground up but you could probably hire a VA to do that for you.

If you want to drive real traffic from these platform to your site then the ONLY way is to stay active on these platforms.
Stay consistent in creating content and posting there, follow new people and like and share their content. Basically all these social platforms have almost the same rules of activity and growth.
Think it like a real life scenario. If you want people to talk to you then you have to mix with them in community, like their work and talk with them, make new connections. Only then people will get to know you and make friendship with you.
Similar rules apply in virtual social media.
However consistency is the key here. You have to do this regularly for a longer period of time and you will see results only after that.

It's up to you to decide which platform suites best for your business. The 5 ones you mentioned - Tw, Fb, Inst, Pt and Li are the top ones, general and basic must have platforms.
There are many others like VK, Tumblr, Xing, etc. but you need to identify if they are a good fit for your business.
Lastly, just make a random search on Google for 'Top Social Media Platforms in 2023' or something like that. You will get a list of many other less known social platforms.

you can use backlinks to get traffic to your website, if you dont know how to do there are several agencies who would do this for you

Well go to forums in your niche and bring value to prople and put a link back in signature of your website .Put your site in bio in social media platforms like facebook prifile ,pinterest ,tiktok ,linkedin ,instagram etc .Start being active in there and post quality content and people will go to your profile and check the link in your bio

I think you're definitely thinking along the right lines especially when it comes to Twitter.
You need to use the right hashtags that are somewhat related to your niche and just keep releasing content on social media platforms that target those hashtags.
Eventually, you will get some sort of long-term organic traction, but you have to continue cranking out content with changing hashtags.
The way to scale this up is to pay attention which hashtags actually lead to more clicks.
This can take a little bit of guesswork, but you can connect the dots and detect some sort of pattern.
Once you nail that and get that part of the equation, you will be well on your way on producing content that is sure to get a certain percentage of traffic every single time you publish.
