How to comply with Tik-Tok/YT rules using bot automation.

Good day, everyone! I need some "legal advice" from you. I'm currently working on a bot that will automatically re-upload videos from Tiktok to YouTube. I'm also giving credit to the original owner. So the idea is to make it a SAAS service for people, but I believe re-uploading other people's content is not entirely legal. I believe that if I serve this service properly, it will not be a problem. Any tips how this kind of service can be monetised without having any legal troubles (or maybe ther wont be any troubles at all?). I appreciate all the kind thoughts and answer here. Thanks!

If the product can detect copyright content and it will ignore it and post non copyright content, I think this will be okay
