Have you also used Namebio and Estibot to try to find past domain sales that are similar to your domain? This will give you a better idea of what you could potentially sell the domain for.

The idea it is an EMD and search volume if consistent look decent.

Yeah both words are pretty easy to spell.

First word is directly related to the topic at hand (Think Doctor, Dentist, Nurse, Physician, etc.) and the second word is directly related to an action a customer would take (Think financing, booking, appointment, care, questions, etc.)

Easily passes radio test from everyone I've asked.

Have you also used Namebio and Estibot to try to find past domain sales that are similar to your domain? This will give you a better idea of what you could potentially sell the domain for.

Estibot values it at 150$ which is ridiculously wrong.

19 characters is never 'extremely easy' to remember... maybe easy but not extremely. Google.com is extremely easy to remember.

18 years old - domain age on its own is an extremely minor ranking factor, the important part is what has that domain been doing for the last 18 years?

In the health niche low competition and 10k - 100k search volume doesn't make much sense. Health niche is saturated and ranking keywords that have a 10k - 100k search volume is a huge task usually.

You should include more info such as the keyword that has 'low competition', the amount of backlinks and where they are from, if it's ever been part of a PBN (common with old health domains).

To be honest, IDK why you don't just share the domain name if you own it, it doesn't devalue it by looking for an appraisal?

Nothing bad on it as far as I can tell, completely clean. It's been ranked 1 for it's keyword back in 2017. According to Ahrefs, no backlinks really just a few.

2017 it was a website ran by a decent sized company first page on it's main keyword and several others.

I was surprised as you are, all the stuff is from google ad planner.

Backlinks are like 83 or so not that many, all articles. Should be pretty easy to get it back up and running since it was top rank before being taken down.

If you want to sell it faster you would have to scale the price down for domainers....

But since we don't know the exact domain it is difficult to say what that is for sure.

Sure, logically, it may actually be worth just as much as any other $XX,XXX domain (if we lived in a perfect world). In reality, a singular word instead of plural in a domain can make an otherwise homerun out-of-the-ballpark investment completely worthless.

I'm not saying this is the case here, but at the end of the day, a domain's value never materializes until someone pays you $ for it.

My advice to the OP, if you think it's really worth at least a couple thousand bucks you're gonna have to stomp some pavement. Do some research and reach out to potential buyers, see if any whales take a bite.

It could make a killing too if I decided to build it out and do SEO, I just simply don't have the time as I already manage well over 50 sites SEO and maintenance. So I'd rather just sell it.

I was think maybe just hiring someone to build up the site and do SEO on it to sell it down the road with all the intact for the much better payout.

Mid $XXX for a quick sale or throw it up for low to mid $X,XXX. Promoting the listing can help maybe but be prepared to wait.

If after some time it doesn't get any interest, before dropping the price try upping it instead. Sometimes a higher price tag (if not outrageous ex: 1 BILLION DOLLARS) can make it seem more intriguing to buyers. Worth a shot.
