Hello, this is a port with external ip address rotation. 1 port = 1 4G modem. The modem has a SIM card of a certain operator. Each operator has approximately 10,000 IP addresses for the selected region. This is not a proxy list, you will not get 10,000 IP addresses right away. Since there is only 1 ip address on the modem and SIM card in one unit of time. And this external ip address changes at a given interval.
