You need an agency account, they can target worldwide

Simply open a US account.
If you wish to target any county open an account in that country

The biggest dislike for me is the fact country targeting is based on the phones location. That's so racist. CCP style

Even tho I'm also frustrated by TikTok, in my opinion this is a good function for regular users. For example, why would my mum who doesn't speak english want to see USA content and livestreams? It's better off for the average users to see content from their country and in their language, that's one of the reason Tiktok became popular everywhere and among older people too, not just kids.

I get what you’re trying to say but tiktok is oriented towards regular consumers, not people like us. If anybody could target other countries, T2 and T3 countries would lack content. I think tiktok’s system is very good for the avergae users

Well i dont like the fact that they ban videos with no reason : no spam ,no copied etc .They can ban your account anytime with no reason
Also peoole dont click your link in bio even if you have a lot of views i dont know why

I don't know what you are trying to say by "people like us". Obviously me and you have different opinions. You support human segmentation by GEO factor and , apparently you think a person from "t3" had nothing to say to a T1 fellow. I totally disagree.

JFYI Australians also speak English but guess what? They can't target US audience on TT.
