What should I put my money on?

I have a Swedish website that I would like to see rank better. I have been self employed for many years now but my positioning never seems to really "kick off". I tried services on fiverr once (on another site) and my website was penalized by Google.

I would like to invest some money on something that helps my website grow and would appreciate some tips on what I should buy here. Links? SEO packages? Articles? Please keep in mind that I have a Swedish website.

Yes, but I am not allowed to speak about other forums in this forum, it is against the rules here. But generally, contact owners of websites your interested in a link from and just ask them thru their contact forms.

Joke aside try manual outreach, you can try find va to do it for you too. Also for your main site never go with those trashy backlink ot will just give you headache
