What this means?? Okay Volume but low traffic

Recently as I browse and read tons of posts around here in the forum, I found my niche after keyword researching in ahrefs but as you can see I'm a noob and the proof of that is my account creation date. So please bare with me. What I'm wondering about is some of the keywords have an 18k monthly average volume based on ahrefs but after seeing the traffic on the web of the individual post about the keyword for evaluation, my head just can't understand why It only has 2k traffic, specifically the first google result. Normally, the search volume is following the number of traffic but I found It is not, and I know you guys already know it.

Why does this huge surge in search volume didn't convert to traffic? Or why the click-through rate is low? Or the volume of search is only a small group of people trying to click the post repeatedly which causes an 18k volume? Or It could be a simple explanation like they don't want to click the google search results because It is not what they want. But the 6th result I think nailed it was the content with a normal title targeting the keyword and It is only collected 800 traffic. Please enlighten me, Is this a bug?

18k is all keywords and 2k is one keyword?
Ahrefs give very low traffic estimate, most of its data is stale (havent refreshed since long time)
Try using semrush.

18k volume is one keyword and I check the google first result -> 2k traffic

I type "komunidad" in ahrefs - Phillippines, It shows 18k volume and 2 difficulty, but the 1st google result only drives 1.8k traffic, can you check this for me, I dont have semrush Maybe It's a bug and ahrefs is not accurately tell the data

1st page 8.6k
Wikipedia page on 3 position gets 19k
What does that mean?
It means the overall traffic those pages get. They don't get traffic from just 1 keyword, komunidad, but from multiple keywords, especially that wiki page.

Don’t trust on Tools’ data. My site gets 10k visits but ahrefs predicts 2k whereas Similarweb says that It gets 35k UVs.
