We all know what happened to FTX recently. It is hard to trust any crypto exchange after this point. My question is that will you trust any exchange to keep coins there? What if they announce bankruptcy and pause withdrawals?

I never trust exchanges always store crypto off exchanges.Learnt from the people that lost their funds at Mt Gox

Its good practice to only keep what you need to use immediatey,on the exchange and everything else out of exchanges.

I am using Binance in last few years, i can say i trust that wallet

I trust Binance and you should also. If something happens to Binance now, it will the the crypto Tsunami of all time and coins in private wallet will be affected as well

Because the demise of Binance will drag the whole crypto space with it and the coin in your wallet will worth next to nothing

What you saying is a myth Mt Gox got hacked BTC didn't went to zero.Crypto was created to get rid of middle men.Peer to Peer decentralised electronic money

I moved all my assets to Binance. I think if something happens to binance, there will be no crypto lmao
If you got a few thousand dollar worth of crypto, leaving them on binance is not bad.
But if you got more than 10k $ worth hardware wallet is best option.

Get rid of centralised exchanges is good of the market. No KYC and no market manipulation.Tether needs to go as well.

Not your keys, not your coins. I've been keeping it on my personal wallet ever since. Transferring funds between CEXes is fast and easy nowadays so keeping your tokens in your wallet might save you from the next "CEX hack/bankruptcy".
