Pre Construction Steel Buildings

Got a hookup for a deal on Pre construction steel buildings, price is close to cost 30-40% off about. Items are priced to go because they are clearing stock for end of year.

So pre construction buildings like workshops, garages, storage for famrs, or residential, small hangers for cessna sized planes or helicopters or mini jets,,, ect..

Purchasing for the USA, but if in Canada, can get you a deal also, just need to talk to people.

If anyone in another country , I may be able to work something out if its multiple units you want to purchase.

Im not sure what you mean by Pretrol and cement deal..Iv'e also done my homework since I have sold for them in the past to get rid of stock when some purchasers fall though on financing and there are left over buildings.

Though I should be a bit more descriptive.

Each building is engineer certified and stamped plans.

Each building comes with specific build instructions, for existing cement foundations, or base plates with anchoring into cement foundations. All buildings are made from 22 gage to 14 gage solid Galvalume Plus steel. This is not chop shop wood with aluminum siding nailed in. Each unit is tool and dyed to specific engineered specs.

Each building is manufactured to ground and live snow loads and wind loads for each specific state/province to government spec.

If you have any questions ask me first instead of saying it wont work. This company has been around for 25 years, so they are not as some others that disappear and rename after 2-3 years.

I made good money in the 80's and 90's selling pre-engineered metal buildings. The closeout's are usually buildings that were ordered and never delivered. Customers change ther mine or other problems. Nothing wrong with closeouts other than the size and color may not be what you want.

All colour is silver, though, we can do colour, but its s a retarded piece per square foot. Might as well get a pressure painter and do it yourself.
