I noticed many sections i can't make a post. maybe my account rank is still newbies. but how shall i able to make a post on marketplace without paid at 1st? as i yet make any revenue due to unable offer my services to these post. any link to explain details on this?

Thats cool! I have thought of creating my own VPN before but I had issues getting WireGuard to work haha.

Unfortunately, you can't. You will need to be a Jr. VIP which will cost you $147 a year ($12.25 per month) which really isn't that bad as BlackHatWorld can bring you alot customers.
