I'm on here looking for youtube subs (under $1/k) and I'm noticing that panels either have $10/k or $0.3/k, when I try to purchase the cheaper ones the orders appear to be stalled (for 3 days now) or the order is cancelled. Does anyone know of any good cheap panels or direct providers for YouTube subs?
