Heres my review:
I was given a test account for canadian based proxies. i ran many of them through other ip locator sites to determine if their locations were actually inside canada only to find that they were from everywhere (moscow, usa, you name it). i asked why this was and was told that these ip locator sites had old data and were untrustworthy. i asked how i could filter the sites by cities but was told they do no offer any of this information.
therefore there's no way, according to @mauythai to actually knowing any of the locations. lol.
