Video Ads not Getting Impressions

I was running 2 campaigns without targeting or placements and I spent $20 on then I paused just to test, then I created another campaign with several keywords got qualified but didn't getting impressions, I increased the CPV to $1 to see if it works and it didn't, then I looked at the keywords and they were all qualified and all of them has a high volume (more than 100M volume)

I've heard that you need to wait 3-4 days to start running, this is true? Has anyone experienced this issue?

Yes, videos can take quite some time to start nowadays. Depends on the targetting, bid and placements

Not just videos, but display, search, every network takes time, idk why this happen

Then you're in a review, search is fine, always starts instant for me. Youtube is usually affected with start time. I don't know about display.

Yes, you should focus on search ads as they run better as per my experience
