I don't see that you have any unanswered questions.

You also said that we do refunds, we did not refund because we informed you that you cannot target city and state, you can only target country and you stopped buying.
I don't know what you were talking about when you contacted netnut because we are not netnut's employees. we are netnut official reseller.
Please do not give false information.
