How to increase traffic and monetize blog?

I have new site and Hello! I open a new blog that is all about tech and health.Since there are already many similar bloggers, how can I increase traffic to my site and monetize it? From what I heard, driving taffic through Pinterest/instagram or using affiliate programs could work. However,I need more clarity on this before taking action. Thank you!

Other then Pinterest and Instagram you can Join facebook groups similar to you blog niche and post very good content but clickbait thumbnails .
You can also choose to buy cheap traffic from tier-2 and tier-3 cpc ad networks.
