I need some facebook groups where I can get people to complete micro tasks for me and I can pay them like $1-2 for it but it's just one time.

in the first place how you pay them paypal $1? it cost more than $1 fee for them to withdraw. and most people doing work for $1 don't even know how it works.
so your better option is just use microworker. or if your job size is huge and long term put on jv to find va from third country to do it for you.
if it's one time, the headache that come from managing this wont' be worth it better go microworker.

Promote the site.

well it's not like you pay them $5/day probably 0.5c job or $1 job.
my suggestion stil same microworker if it's personal use. except you need is bulk like 100 people and more it's constant like at least a year, than maybe it worth the headache.
just use google transslate and find freelance job group locally in the country pos there. than get flooded with the pm

For more people to signup he should spend more money to promote it.
