How can some SMM panels have paypal?
I just don't understand.
I'm not affiliated with any of these website because I run my own, I'm just trying to figure out how they can use PayPal and get away with it.

(1 website)
They have invoice system, you add the amount an invoice is sent by paypal.

(2 website)
Here is basically prewritten balance added, they use third party app for paypal as it seems.
There is around 15 options, of adding balance.
You get redirected to this website

I would not accept Pay Pal for the SMM panel, since the payment can be disputed, even if in principle everything suits you

Yes but still I want to be able to do this also for my clients

if you focus on retail - yes, cards, paypal. If your clients are resellers, then perfect money and cryptocurrencies are enough.

If you don't want to get hurt, have your clients make PP payments only under family and friends category, which can be done manually only.

I have been accepting PayPal manually through Friends and Family for the past few months.
I have been careful with keeping the account nearly empty and luckily the account has not been suspended yet.
Alot SMM Panels have large amounts of PayPal accounts they use to accept PayPal payments, I assume they use 1 account each day (or each deposit) then abandon it and maybe reuse it at a later date if it has not been suspended.
Some SMM Panels don't think its worth risking the account suspension, I think they are just lazy though.

Stop using PayPal for SMM it’s just impossible, you have to create a fake website and connect PayPal to it, customers nowadays know that PayPal is not available for SMM panels so they will use another method, not that hard

How to add copecart in SMM panel?

I'm actually wondering the same

This is done programmatically using copecart’s api.

you issue a POST request to the api. It returns a link (to pay). You redirect your user to this link. After payment is successful, the are redirected to a webhook (where orders would be fufill)

I’m a programmer, and I’ve built several smm panels with different payment method, so I know how this works

Majority of them are using gateways, which is a site which PayPal 'likes'.

Basically, when you pay from the SMM panel, it will redirect to the gateway, which then redirects to PayPal

Where can we get this option? any ready made script available to buy?

It's actually a service perfectpanel offers, for $50 monthly, simple installation
OK, but it needs to panel account with them!
I expect use on my own smm shopping cart store front business type.
any other solution other than the perfect panel option?

2) Does that perfect panel gateway really hide from payment companies? Is it worth it?

If SMM would offer Paypal to deposit funds, I think they would get more clients.

For let say depositing $5 to test a SMM, I definitely don't want to go through hassle of getting bitcoin plus pay almost $1 in transaction fee.

but mostly customers dispute after get service!
Even good customers do this!
Also 99.9% Paypal go with buyer side so end up we lose only.

Yeah I feel you.

I'm surprised no SMM offers to accept prepaid money cards like Paysafecard or even Amazon gift cards.

If such a thing can be implemented, I would like to know it))
