Bad outreach.
Or where shouldn't you post guest posts?
More and more often you get glimpses of "outreach" (guest post) offers, where in fact you come across offers of sites not of the best quality. This is not an outreach, but the real rubbish.
Outreach should justify its price and name, at least on the basic criterion - the quality of the site itself. There is no need to connect a huge checklist to evaluate the site, enough just a standard visual assessment, which would screen out the trash at first glance.
1. The menu section has categories for all niches (lifestyle, business, health, cars and similar)
How are the categories related? - They are not.
Why do they do it? - To sell to a larger pool of clients for guest posts.
The value in placements on such sites is very low, and for white niches you can find really good niche options whenever-ever, instead of this. Since Outreach is bound to be niche!
2. Articles about gambling and other grey niches hang on the home page, with links to grey niches in the sidebars/footer
Also an indicator that the webmaster sells links to everyone and everywhere).
And consequently, there may be well over a thousand sellable links.
Easy accessibility = not good.
And what methods do you know of to quickly determine the quality of a website to buy a link?
