I think mass DM is the surest form of getting people to see the link. Sharing links on comment boxes gets the tweet unseen by people unless they click to open. You need as many account as your proxies can carry. With good proxies your account will survive for sometimes though they'll be multiple SMS verifications if you over do the process.

here is the tricky part, finding the right format, thumbnail, word , proxy supplier etc basicly test it out, and find which one convert the most. you need to find balance to ensure the cost is lower than earning.
so prepare to burn $$$ , don't try it with mind that it will automatically bring profit.

If I were you I wouldn't try it. Elon's been purging accounts he even thinks is engaging in bot behavior. People have been reporting drop offs of 2K or more to big accounts. My own account daily that has over 10K real followers has at least 500 or more a day "temporarily suspended". Let him do whatever mess he's doing and then come in after they rewrite the API (which they are doing as we speak).

You just need to create 1 to 5 accounts, and find a way to get a few hundred thousand real followers/1 account.
Your content will be one of:
- Girls
- Beautiful scenes
- Animals
- Funny clips
- Tip clips
- Accidents
- Adults.
Follow a lot of people everyday
Then PR for other sub-accounts, the work later is very easy.
