Best free video editing platforms with text-to-speech

Hey all,

I have been blogging for a year now, and I would like to expand and perhaps try YouTubing. So, I decided to perhaps turn my blog posts into youtube videos.
Of course, it would be hard to come up with ideas and such, but I can figure it out.

However, the area I am having problems with is finding video editing platforms like veed io, filmora, kapwing, but totally free.

Anyone has any idea and can perhaps suggest me something? because I am don't ready to pay for anything at this point, but I might consider it if the channel takes off.

Unfortunately CapCut is no longer free since September. It costs about 75 dollars a year or a little more than 7 dollars a month with a subscription.

You know video editing software are mostly heavy and require some specifications from a computer.
For a computer with small specification you can use videopad or openshot.
Rather you can use Adobe premiere or filmora for bigger specification.

Videopad, Blender are free options you can use also Lightworks but ti require you to create an account to download an use the software always free.
