I found this site : https://www.backlinkbox.pro/

They have Web Version and google sheet . It's has about 20K easy backlink site over 22 categories. Very Cheap price around $11 USD..

did you end up buying their service?

I haven't tried them but I'm very suspicious of link-building service sites that literally have no backlinks :P

People buy on price mate.

I see it when people tell me they can get a DA50 link insert for $40, so I reel off 10 or 12 URLs to them and they reply' " wow, how did you know ".

I say because these are a $7-10 link, which I could sell all day for $30 and treble my money, but as these are pure dog shit I'd not use on anything under a Tier 2 buffer page, we don't offer this crap.

A shit link at a 75% discount is still a shit link, just cheaper, plus the sellers are making a profit, paying staff, and paying overheads. Laughable really.
 
I wouldn't recommend cheap backlinks . Better use them for your competitors they may be more effective!

Which paid links for you have the highest value for money? Any tips on what metrics to look from and what link-building strategies are the best for money sites?

That's true. I remember makerters used to say "put a high price on your product" so it creates a feeling of quality.

Almost impossible to do some negative seo unless it is on a brand new website. Those webprofiles won't hurt et least. They will do zero effect most of the time. Most of the time they are not indexed or they they don't receive any internal link form the website.
The only very cheap or free backlinks I would consider are backlinks in forums in the same niche. They offer decent link diversification, indexation, and bring some specialization in the eyes of Google;

Sorry dude, I run an agency, so I'm not going to give away my business practices.
 
I own a copy, a lot of work to do if you want to create one by one. you can hire VA to do it for you.
Is all the fundamental link, it won't harm you, but least link juice you will get.

Pros:
You got a list of database to start

Cons:
a lot of link is not indexable by google (with no index tag), basically is useless link after you create it

Can you filter out which links in the list are with no-index or no-follow?

Would you recommend this in general for a money site? Did you actually see an improvement in your rankings and DR?
 
No one can tell you in advance how useful such link will be for your SEO.
