adding bulk friends and fans

I thought you were able to upload 3 contact lists at a time that had 4.5k - 5k emails on them at a time. Whenever I try that now facebook goes to a white screen and it doesn't work. I can only get it to work with 400 friends at a time, anyone else having this problem?

It might just be your browser freaking out at you trying to copy and paste 5k emails into a form. I don't know if this is just me but everything work's way better and faster on Google Chrome whether it's mass invite or just browsing. I remember copying and pasting a list into Firefox and it just froze, but I did the same in Chrome and it worked fine, barely paused.

I am having the same problem with chrome. It's not like I have a bad computer or anything, I don't know what the problem is.

How are you adding bulk fans?

I get emails and put them into lists according to what my fan page is targeting and save them as .txt with notepad ++ and upload them with

Invite People via Email "Import Email Addresses". I can add lists of 4.5k 3 times and then click send invites but it just goes to a white screen.http://www.facebook.com/contact_importer/ajax/invite_popup.php?callback_element_id=email_addresses&source=3​

you can only add fans with emails that are Already Your Friends

I have been uploading contact files to FB today almost whole day. Nothing like this happened with me. Try uploading list with emails less than 4000. Dont cross 4000 limit. Make sure all emails are correctly formatted. And also you need to upload .CSV file not txt file. I hope this will help.

I do not have excel and I am using OpenOffice to save as .csv but I am getting errors. Anyone know a good program to save as .csv that is free or you are able to pirate?

Download Excel, its takes only some time..Or you can see there in the facebook where you upload contacts .There are other ways there too.

can you bulk invite people with email using FAN pages or just GROUPS? i dont see that option with my fan pages?? thanks
