is john first name and robert last name?
or john andrew is the first name and robert is last name?
does all UK people have 3 names?
and on the goverment ID like passport, does it Include the 3 names or just 2 ?
I'm preparing my migration to the UK and want to change my name also.
into the final stage

You absolutely need three names to be a UK resident by law. If you don't have a middle name, it default's to 'Tea Folk' up on a successful application.

If you are migrating to UK or anywhere, when you fill any forms towards that endeavour, you will need to fill it as per your current (present) ID documents (at the time of filling forms) and not as per what (or how) you perceive your future name(s) to be, otherwise your application(s) would be rejected.
Holds good even if you change your name before filling any migration related forms.
So, for now, forget how people in UK or anywhere have their names. When you reach and settle in the UK, then you can do in Rome, as the Romans do.

Its also not uncommon for people to have two middle names, both my parents have two, my uncle has no middle name at all
