Need to find a solution for shipping from a 3rd old country

I've researched, researched and researched but I haven't been successful and would like to know how everyone else is dealing with it.

I tried drop shipping a while ago and was successful, unfortunately, the success was short lived... PayPal limited my account and held the funds and shipping times were ridiculous.

I want to get back into it (with a customized product) but since I live in a third world country, what are other PayPal alternatives (or how do you deal with PayPal to avoid a limited account) and shipping costs and times are just too much and too long.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
