It appears that they found a trick using MCN to upload copyright content, one channel have video for two silver play button

This involves editing the video by zooming and cropping the video but in above case video is uploaded without any editing changes.

both channels you provided are from India, there must be a trick there, maybe because it's not english they can't detect haha, if an english channel does something like that I think YouTube will strike / takedown the video asap
