For context:

I run paid ads on propellerads and spend like 15k+ a month. Propellerads remove their amex processing so now they do not accept my business amex card.

Propeller told me to use a crypto card for their regular visa/master processor.

At the same time, I do receive my offer payout in USDT too, figured out why not find a good crypto card.
