How long does a reversal payment take to transfer back to Payoneer?

I transferred funds to a local bank from Payoneer. The transactions got denied by a middleman bank, and I'm wondering how long does it really take for funds to return to Payoneer? They say it takes 7-14 business days, which seems kinda absurd because it's just a normal transfer just reversed. It's taking pretty long though, been three business days already.

Anyone had something like this happen? I'd like some insight please.

I had a similar experience and it took 10 days for the amount to reach back into my bank account (10 days, not 10 business days).
