This is coming a bit late but you know it's better late than never.
I bought the vcc from the op and they provided the best service I've ever received on bhw. After purchasing the vcc, I tried using it to buy something online but it wasn't going through. I contacted the op and they held my hands and showed me step by step how to properly used the vcc. It didn't work as we discovered that the problem might be from my ip. Eventually the op had to pay for me using my card and it worked.

Verdict: 11/10 - Fast communication, deep knowledge on how vcc works, and completely trustworthy.
