Best Link Indexing Service For Profile Links?

A couple of points to check about your profile links first.
1) Have you managed to get any textual content on these profile links, preferably a few hundred words minimum? Or are they just standard profiles with your link either as a naked url or an anchored link?
2) Have you made sure there is no 'noindex' tag on the page or in it's X-Robots-Tag http header? Or even in the robots.txt?
If you've got a few hundred words of relevant text on your profile and there are no 'noindex' tags present, then most of the indexing services in the marketplace should be able to handle them.
If the profile is bare or tagged noindex, then you'll be wasting your time and money trying to get them indexed.

No, they are just profile links with naked urls and site name as anchor text.

Yes, checked for "noindex" tags. They don't have them.

Unless your profiles are substantially different from every other profile on those sites, then sorry but it's doubtful that they'll be indexed with any sort of stability.

Are you sure there's no opportunity for you to get some relevant text content on those profiles? Any form field(s) that will take text and/or html input? If so it's worth trying to put something relevant in there. Anything to make those profiles stand apart from all the others.That's discouraging.

Well they say that the max rate will be achieved after 14 days (until their entire process is finished), but links are actually starting to get indexed within 24-72 hours... after 10 days the rate for profiles is usually 70%+ (I can probably get to around 90% if I'll drop a few non performing domains).

They are not meant for indexing mate , plus too hard .

I just wanted to chime in and advise you to scrap the idea altogether.
Please, just spend $30 on ONE decent backlink from a REAL blog.
That might actually make a real difference unlike these profile backlinks that Google have devalued since a long time back.
