Great services give you peace of mind. I'm using @DamoHG - Hostgnome.com. Excellent host and very good support and they are pretty flexible. They do offer free trial for a limited time.

if I say that I have experience with them will you believe me? And will it not make them scammers anymore when complains are aplenty on this forum about their marketing gimmicks and downright theft of the domains they like? But yes, I have experience with them if that's what you want to know. I tried some 10+ years ago to buy domain name and they've added extra stuff on my order that I didn't bother checking because I was new to all this stuff, so I assumed that if I purchase $2 worth of stuff then that's what I am going to be charged when I click on "purchase", but I was charged over $10 instead (but I don't remember what I've unwillingly been forced to purchase). But the scam was already done at that point

And then, a few years ago, when I wanted to check the availability of a domain name, I typed it into their search box (it was available by the way, at the normal price for a .com) without completing the purchase because I had to go answer the door and when I came back (not even 5 minutes later if I remember correctly) the domain was already premium for $1429 lol.

And these are just my personal experiences, but I can assure you that other people have had their own experiences with these scammers. Just because you've been lucky with them so far it doesn't mean that they're not crooks
