canadian proxy recommendations?

i've read through so many sales threads, but it seems like everyone is just reselling for the most part.

looking for recommendations for canadian based proxies that allow city lookups that are actually accurate. so many providers say they have this or that city, only to check and find out it's in finland. not looking for people who sell proxies replying to telling me to buy from them. looking for those who actually use them and can give some pro vs cons to services they've used.

You can search in the marketplace as many sellers have listed their services there. You can also post in the "Want to Buy" section and someone would ping you for sure.
