The website is general niche and they seem to post about a lot of different topics.

The content is good, with decent research, and there are no issues with it.

The link was placed towards the top of the article and the anchor text is placed correctly.

The metrics are pretty strong.

First off, the DR and UR are 58 and 45 respectively, so off the bat it's clear that it's a quality domain.

The content on it really is excellent. The subject matter has been well researched and the anchor text has been dropped in nicely to the body of the text. All too often I've seen anchor text randomly dropped into a page, so it's a massive relief to see that it isn't the case here.

I've got no doubt that this high quality content will help push up the rank of my page. More importantly, it's the kind of content I'd happily have linking back to my site.

You can clearly see the domain has good stats and most importantly, it has traffic.

Next stop... INDEXING. If you believe it's a good link, it should index by itself. The article was published yesterday and it's already indexed by both Google and Bing.

Content... I can't argue about the content as it's well written and easy to read, maybe, a longer piece would've been nicer.

Overall, It is truly a great service where you get quality content and great stats.
What amazed me the most is that it is a strong domain ranking for many keywords. Something, hard to find nowadays.

A small update; I was given a review of this service as well as the niche edit service from @Random Rank
I've just had a look at the serps for the main keyword and it's jumped from page 7 to page 2.
I've got no doubt that this is thanks to both of these packages.
The niche isn't overly competitive according to Ahrefs, but looking at the other results in the serps, my page is now outranking the LA Times and the NY Times.

Also, this is only a three month old site (not an expired domain) so the results are pretty damn impressive!

Granted, I can't say if the niche edit or the guest post had a larger weighting over the other for this, but it's certainly not a coincidence that these high quality links were added and then I see a great rankings boost so quickly.

I received a review copy from the OP with an article for one of my money sites.

In general, the article flows well and I can tell that it was manually written by someone that spent time going through my website. The anchor text does not flow smoothly however and I would have liked it if I was given the chance to edit the paper before it was published.

The website itself has a logo, SSL, and some google ads on the sidebars and headers. Seems legit enough, but the contact page had some broken shortcode on it so it is most likely made for selling guest posts.

It seems like a lot of content is posted on this blog daily so there is no internal links going to it from the home page after a couple of days post-publishing.
The root domain itself has some really impressive statistics in general with a slight dip in traffic and rankings in the past, but it seems to be making a come-up again now so it is probably fine to use.

I got a review copy from the OP. The article was 500+ words, well written, and the link is placed naturally with anchor text. I liked it and when I saw the stats of the website, I said OMG. My website was penalized recently because of the google update. My traffic went almost zero but I don't know what happened after the guest post my traffic pumped up like before.
