Based on information in this thread the key is using Capcut to remove your video from the Stitch
The next question is how do we get access to Capcut within the Tiktok app?
Here's what the Capcut icon should look like in the app (at the 5 sec mark)

On both IOS and android I've downloaded the Capcut app, linked Tiktok and Capcut, and updated both apps and the icon doesn't appear.

i use this method and make 200$ for 2 accounts.
The first account has 40k followers ( banned )
The second account has 16k followers ( banned )
i tried 120 accounts and only 2 accounts got viral and made 200$. I don't know how to get viral for my account, i think the problem is device, IP, and accounts

do you expect someone to tell you to secret to go viral but you don't want to tell your secret? good luck.
It's not hard to go viral, but depends on what you do, you may be doing a lot of mistakes on your account.

You make a stitch, quickly press record and press stop, after that you switch to 0.3 recording speed and at the same time press record and delete your part. only works on certain version.
I tried several, it doesn't work. Who else has tried it?
