I'm an SEO. I analyze dozens of niche sites in various niches every single day. I do it because I like it. I have built and sold two niche sites in their early stage because of the lack of funds.

I do niche research, keyword research, content planning, content optimization, and website building for the best possible performance.

I need someone who writes articles and who is responsible and organized.

I will buy the hosting and a domain name (I suggest, we pick together), build the website, pick a niche (I suggest, we pick together), do keyword research, and optimize the articles before publishing. From your end, I will expect honestly written articles based on a consistent schedule. I can provide a grammarly premium account if we decide to work together and if you don't have one.

Anything the site makes is split equally = 50/50 (not negotiable).

Basically, I'm looking for someone who can produce at least 3-4 articles per week (around 2k words per article), because, from my personal experience, I believe anything slower than that affects the overall success of the website negatively.

You are very good at keyword research and other technical SEO stuff. Why don't you create content yourself? You can do it yourself too if you take help of AI tool.

Actually the content writing is an ongoing expense. If you hire good quality writers then the cost is even higher. So if it is only a matter of 3 to 4 articles per week, then you yourself can also do it with the help of AI + manual editing.

It is a fact that articles written with AI are often times low quality and do not provide any value to the reader. So I meant for article spinning tools like WordAI that nicely reshuffles content and you can check the out come manually and add some original and meaningful sentences in between to make the article more readable and valuable.

I am sure many content writers these days follow this technique.
