First time I'm hearing that someone used sendinblue for cold emailing, I wonder how did you manage to survive without getting banned? The main purpose of these services is to build to your opt in (subscribers) list for emailing purpose.

Woodpecker just uses your e-mail provider to send as if you yourself were sending. It has a "warm-up" function for new e-mails that lowers the chance it will be considered spam.

And their ticket system is so retarded its crazy.

I mean you open a ticket and you don't even get to the ticket ID, she's not even follow what you sent.
