Anyone experienced this with Adsense?

I added my website to adsense and it was NOT approved. But Before I could ask again or remove it, the adsense account got deactivated.
Is it possible for adsense to approve that same URL in another AdSense account?

I added this domain to my first Adsense account, it was not approved in the first AdSense, so before I could ask again or remove the domain from the Adsense account, it was disabled.

Can I use the domain to ask for another new Adsense account?

Have you edited the website
Have you added privacy policy?

Adsense recently has been terrible with their approval process. Main reason is content though so make sure you have lengthy content with pics and all that crap.
