I am relatively new to bitcoin and was wondering what is the best method to mix bitcoins?

Is mixing and tumbling the same thing?

Should I use multiple mixing services to maximize my anonymity?

What are the recommended mixing services available?

It is actually tumbling (you may have made a spelling mistake). Bitcoin tumbling and mixing are both the same thing, meaning a service that mixes different streams of potentially identifiable cryptocurrency (in this case we are talking about Bitcoin).
When it comes to tumbling and mixing cryptocurrencies, there are nowadays a lot of scams (fake websites) which appear both in search engine ads (such as Google Ads) AND also in search engine results (such as Google results) and these scammers keep churning new websites everyday, to scam people.

Thanks for the replies guys. Well, I'm a little frustrated. I mean, there has to be some available options. So many people used them to buy drugs off of the dark net marketplaces. Does anyone have any other sound advice?

You are correct. However, since people in the world use the same level of anonymity to also hack, scam people, etc, that is why the discussions of those are not allowed in this forum. Nonetheless, I do understand that you need that level of anonymity only for your total privacy and perhaps not for anything unethical. However, as we all know, people do access the darknet and there are forums there where you may discuss those levels of anonymity. (Do not ask me which forums, you need to do your own research please).

We all know most of all think type service are scam only few will that to very little lifetime . So, instant of mixing service I will tell one best method
1. It is the method who already holing crypto. just send or save you crypto it in you personal wallet like Trustwallet or other.

Any Bitcoin mixer basically works like this: it collects BTC from multiple senders into a buffer address, then redistributes it to the recipients. The “mixing” or “tumbling” part just means that the BTC a recipient gets aren’t the original coins from the sender—they come from someone else. That’s how addresses can’t be linked.

You’d get the same effect if you just deposit BTC to an exchange and then withdraw it to another wallet yourself—the coins get mixed too.
