They have the worst support team ever, this is the 2nd time it's happening, the first I made payment to their Binance pay ID, then message the dude on WhatsApp to confirm payment, it took him 4hours to reply, even after he replied, he claim not to see the fund , I had to wait, I clearly told him I paid using binance, but instead he was checking Coinbase, took him 17hours to add my fund, and mind you, don't expect him to reply in few minutes, he'll always take 5-6 hours before he will reply u, then another 4hours to reply ur text again and he's always online, probably maybe chatting his girlfriends, now made another payment, the same problem, bad support team.

Well, I found their provider for the service am using them for, so I won't be using them anymore, Btw! Just an advice, Sack the WhatsApp dude guy or give his job to someone else, or else you'll end up losing ur users. No offense & good luck
