Twitter ads to get followers

I'm running ads to increase Followers on Twitter, they charge like $2 for each follower. The issue is that Twitter is reporting wrong data, they claim that i got 60 new followers and actually there are only 15
So. Probably in 5 days i'll have to pay $120

Do you know of any way to request a review of my campaing?
